Technical Customer Support in Gothenburg
We continue to grow and are now looking for a service-oriented Customer Success colleague who wants to bring their experience into a fast-growing SaaS company and work closely with our B2B customers.

Job Description
As a technical support agent with us, you start your day by logging into our ticket management system Zendesk, where you quickly get an overview of incoming support tickets from customers around the world. You prioritize and handle 1st line issues, which can involve everything from helping a customer reset a password, guiding them through our software, or answering questions about licenses and user accounts.
When you encounter more complex problems, such as technical error messages or questions that require deeper troubleshooting, you take on 2nd line issues. You analyze logs, often in JSON format, and collaborate closely with colleagues and the development team to find solutions. You are the link between the customer, developers, and the catalog team, ensuring smooth communication.
During the day, you may also conduct onboarding and training for new customers, either digitally or via simpler webinars. In this role, you contribute to developing and packaging our support services and processes, and help build a robust and sustainable support function together with the team. Customer contact primarily occurs via email in the ticket management system, but sometimes also via phone. You work towards an international market and meet customers with different needs and backgrounds; no day is the same!

Your Profile
To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you are a person who enjoys working in a structured way and has an easy time handling multiple tasks simultaneously. You are communicative and express yourself clearly, both verbally and in writing, and you appreciate contact with both customers and colleagues.
You have a relationship-building and pedagogical approach, which is valuable as the role involves a lot of dialogue and training. Additionally, you have a strong service mindset, take responsibility for your tasks, and ensure that every customer receives a professional response.
Furthermore, we see that you have
- Technical education or equivalent experience, preferably with a programming background
- Experience in technical support within IT or software, 1st & 2nd line
- Good understanding of the connection between Windows and software
- Ability to read and understand code/logs and troubleshoot at various levels
- Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
